• Where is the store based?

  Topeka, KS

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I do! Please remember though, it does cost more to ship overseas and it does take a little longer to get to you.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you do tracking?

  Yes! All prints now come with tracking!

• When will you be adding new prints?

  You guys are so sweet! Watch my accounts for updates on new costumes and photo shoots. I'll put out a ping when new ones are out!

• Custom notes on posters

  I can do any kind of notes you want!

• I never got the print!

  If it's been over 2 weeks for domestic/12 weeks for international please email me right away and tell me! Sometimes errors happen with shipping addresses, the post office looses it, someone else took it, etc. If you think that it was an address error please include your address exactly how it would be written on a letter. But I will resend your order to you!

• How long does it take to process my order?

  I'm still new at this but I will work my butt off to get all orders sent out as soon as possible. But as long as I am not out of town I will try to get them out in a day or two after you order. Con weekends- Please be patient as it can take 4 or 5 days for orders to be sent out!

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
